1. How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automatic shipping email with a tracking number. Keep an eye out for your tracking email in your main inbox or possibly your spam/junk folder.
2. Order Processing Time
We ship Monday – Friday. Orders are typically shipped out between 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Processing times may vary depending on sales or Limited Edition drops.
3. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped discreetly with “MJA, LLC” on the sender part of the label.
4. Free Shipping within the US
All US orders are shipped free of charge with USPS First Class Mail.

- FedEx Ground (1-5 business days): Calculated from the following day your order ships, not from the purchase date. Weekends are not counted as business days. Delays may occur, especially during peak times or due to external factors like COVID-19.
- UPS 2Day (2 business days): Calculated from the following day your order ships, not from the purchase date. Weekends are not counted as business days. Delays may occur, especially during peak times or due to external factors like COVID-19.
- UPS Overnight (1 business day): Calculated from the following day your order ships, not from the purchase date. Weekends are not counted as business days. Delays may occur, especially during peak times or due to external factors like COVID-19.
6. Package Tracking Updates
If your package status shows as “Pre-Shipment” or “Package Pending Acceptance,” it means the package was picked up in a bulk order. Tracking may not update until it gets scanned again at another facility or closer to the day of delivery.
7. International Shipping
For international orders, we use USPS International shipping (8-14 business days). Shipping times are not guaranteed and depend on the country and customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
8. Address Correction and Order Cancellation
If you entered the wrong address or want to cancel your order, please send an email immediately to info@waxnax.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has shipped. Include your 5/6 digit order number in your email for expedited assistance.
