I ordered 1 kit with “standard” shipping instead of economy so it would be here quicker. My order took 4-5 days to ship. Two of those days were weekend days and the CEO emailed me notifying me they were out of office on a business trip, no biggie. I do appreciate the gesture.Things happen. However, I paid extra for the standard shipping (3-4 business days as stated in the listing) My order was shipped ground on 12/9. It just arrived on 12/18 , 7 business days later. To add insult to injury, my name was misspelled on the package. It’s quite disappointing to order something and pay for prompt shipping and then have your order shipped the cheaper/slower method regardless. Not to mention the website description for shipping & the checkout process describe very different shipping options. “ All U.S. orders qualify for free USPS First Class Mail shipping.” this was not presented to me during the checkout process.
Overall the product works great and will ultimately make your consumption process much easier with a more simplified cleanup process, but I have to question the competency of those fulfilling orders in the correct manner when it comes to labeling and handling the shipping labels. I should not have had my order shipped economy despite paying for standard, regardless of the delay in initial shipping.
