  1. How Can I Track My Order?
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automatic shipping email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your inbox or spam/junk folder for updates.

    • Orders ship Monday – Friday.
    • Standard processing time is 24-48 hours.
    • Processing times may vary during sales or Limited Edition drops.
  3. Discreet Packaging
    • All orders are shipped discreetly with "WaxNax, LLC" on the sender label.
  4. Free Shipping Within the U.S.
    • All U.S. orders qualify for free USPS First Class Mail shipping.
  5. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
    • USPS First Class Mail: 3-8 business days
    • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
    • UPS Ground: 1-7 business days
    • UPS 2Day: 2 business days
    • UPS Overnight: 1 business day
      Note: Weekends are not counted as business days, and delays may occur due to high demand or external factors.
  6. Package Tracking Updates
    If your tracking status shows "Pre-Shipment" or "Package Pending Acceptance," it means the package was picked up in bulk. Tracking updates may be delayed until the package is scanned again.
  7. Address Corrections & Order Cancellations

    • While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has shipped.
