Shipping Policy


1. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automatic shipping email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your inbox or spam/junk folder for updates.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders ship Monday – Friday.

Standard processing time is 24-48 hours.

Processing times may vary during sales or Limited Edition drops.

3. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped discreetly with "WaxNax, LLC" on the sender label.

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

USPS First Class Mail: 3-8 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days

UPS 2Day: 2 business days

UPS Overnight: 1 business day

Note: Weekends are not counted as business days, and delays may occur due to high demand or external factors.

5. Package Tracking Updates

If your tracking status shows "Pre-Shipment" or "Package Pending Acceptance," it means the package was picked up in bulk. Tracking updates may be delayed until the package is scanned again.

6. International Shipping

USPS International Shipping: 8-14 business days.

Customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and any other fees imposed by their country.

7. Address Corrections & Order Cancellations

If you need to change your address or cancel your order, email info@waxnax.com ASAP.

While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed.
  • Product Condition: Items must be new and unused.
  • Return Window: You have 10 days from delivery to initiate a return.
  • Method: Returns are processed by mail only.
  • Return Label: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: No cost to the customer.
  • Refund Processing Time: 7 days after the return is received.
